Shipping policy

 Clear To Sim has an agreement with SEUR and Rhenus to collect and ship all the products offered in the web shop.

All orders placed in the online webshop are being shipped by SEUR and Rhenus’ courier. Clear To Sim remains the right to choose another courier if such is necessary without any prior notification.

If a package or the contents is damaged on delivery, Customer needs to notify Clear To Sim support immediately by sending an email to cleartosim@gmail.com Unreported claims due to damaged packages cannot be accepted.
